Refund policy

Every soundwave artwork is made to order from your files, so it cannot be returned or exchanged: the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products (Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code). That is why the composer shows you an exact preview before you pay.

Damaged parcel or defective artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, write to us within 48 hours at info@myartvoice.com with your order number and photos of the parcel and the artwork. We remake your artwork at our expense or refund you in full, as you prefer.

Our mistake

If the artwork you receive does not match the approved preview (different format, finish, sound or text), we remake it free of charge.

Gift cards and services

An unused gift card can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Digital services (sound update, changes space) are performed as soon as they are ordered and cannot be refunded once carried out.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the payment method used for the order, within 14 days of our agreement. You also benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects.
